Every sip of Musìta wine is a poem that speaks of sun-kissed lands and the passion of a family deeply rooted in Sicilian culture and tradition.

The essence of our Sicilian identity, told through the fruit of the noble lands surrounding Musìta.

A line of organic single-varietal wines that, in their simplicity, express the Mediterranean spirit of our region.

Carefully selected grapes for a wine aged in French oak barrels, resulting in these blends, the ultimate expression of our winery.

Our tribute to the Moorish roots of the territory, wines with a strong and passionate character.

Zibibbo, made sweet and intense step by step by the skillful hands of passion.

Sparkling wine
Carefully selected Catarratto grapes give life to an elegant Charmat method wine, with a typically Sicilian character.

In the heart of the Salemi countryside, where grapevines sway like notes of an eternal melody, the Ardagna family, for generations with respect and dedication, transforms the fruit of this fertile land into a magical sensory experience.

Our home

An ancient medieval village nestled in a magnificent hilly landscape at the heart of the province of Trapani. Amidst vineyards and centuries-old olive groves, one can admire archaeological treasures narrating the cultures and stories of ancient peoples. This is the land that bestows elegance, minerality, and great personality upon its wines.

In the second half of the 19th century, Don Ignazio planted the first vineyard, convinced that the slopes of the hill, which the Arabs called 'musìta,' were among the most suitable in western Sicily.

History and innovation blend across sixty hectares of vineyards owned by the Ardagna family, nestled among the hilly territories of Salemi at an altitude ranging from 400 to over 600 meters.

In a union of lands and knowledge, Musita welcomes the grapes from its 'vineyard partners,' local viticulturists covering an area of approximately 150 hectares. This collaboration is woven with respect and the strenuous commitment to cultivate quality. Musita's agronomists, as tireless guides, provide unwavering support, fueling the joint commitment to help the land produce the best possible oenological story.

Like a garden cultivated for future generations, the company arises and thrives in the name of sustainability. Every day, all the company departments work, weaving the thread of environmental and social responsibility.

The Equalitas certification joins the mosaic of environmental certifications (ISO 14001), quality certifications (BRC and IFS), and process certifications (Bioagricert) to form a framework of ethical and qualitative commitment, woven with sustainability and respect for the local territory and the entire planet that hosts us.

The richness of our lands

The combination of new technologies and ancient tradition enables the careful management of the entire production process, allowing the preservation of the territory's unique characteristics.

"Musita's Sicily, with its natural richness, is a land of beauty and diversity that imparts a distinctive character to its wines—an unprecedented blend of traditions, landscapes, and cultures that evoke emotions. A place where unique stories are born."
