An ancient medieval village set in a magnificent hilly landscape in the center of the province of Trapani. - In barriques e botti per circa 80% della massa.
- Winemaking
- Destemming of the grapes and long maceration even after fermentation carried out at 24/26° C with selected yeasts. Delestage at 2/3 of the fermentation. Malolactic carried out.
- Tasting notes
- Intense ruby red color with slightly purple edges. The nose is captivated by the aromas of red fruits, cherries, blueberries, sweetened by the contribution given by the tannins of the wood which gave rise to the aroma of chocolate and tobacco. In the mouth it is round with ripe tannins and a persistent finish.
