- Winemaking
- Extended maceration and fermentation with selected yeasts in barriques from destemmed grapes with frequent punch-downs of the grape skins. Complete malolactic fermentation carried out.
- Tasting notes
- Dark red and violet hues, with spicy olfactory notes of sour cherry, cherry, and incense. A very structured taste, never excessively tannic but harmonious, almost velvety.
