Fermented at a temperature between 13 and 15 degrees Celsius with the use of selected yeasts.
Tasting notes
With a light yellow color and greenish nuances, this wine is elegant, delicate, and clean both in its aromas and on the palate, where we can also appreciate its good acidity and savoriness.
