- Fermented at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius with the use of selected yeasts
- Tasting notes
- With its straw-yellow color, sometimes with greenish reflections, it combines aromatic sensations of flowers and citrus. The palate is lively but with a soft, persistent, and elegant finish.
