- Winemaking
- Destemming of the grapes and maceration for approximately 8-10 days. Fermentation at 26°C with selected yeasts and frequent pump-overs. Délestage at 2/3 of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation completed.

- With its intense, bright, and lively red color, it transitions from fruity notes of berries and blueberries to robust and characterful tannins.
