Salemi Bianco
An ancient medieval village set in a magnificent hilly landscape in the center of the province of Trapani. Among the centuries-old vineyards and olive groves cultivated on the slopes you can admire archaeological treasures that tell the story of ancient cultures and peoples. A territory particularly suited to the production of mineral, fresh and well-structured wines.

- In steel tank for approximately 5 months and botannage 2 times a week for the entire period.
- Winemaking
- Destemming of the grapes and fermentation at 14 - 15°C with yeasts selected for each individual variety. Subsequent assembly of the bland and rest on yeasts.
- Tasting notes
- Straw yellow with green reflections, a vertical wine with olfactory notes of jasmine, citrus but also warmer notes reminiscent of papaya. Full and full-bodied in the mouth, with excellent balance between acidity and minerality.
