An ancient medieval village set in a magnificent hilly landscape in the center of the province of Trapani. Among the centuries-old vineyards and olive groves cultivated on the slopes you can admire archaeological treasures that tell the story of ancient cultures and peoples.   • Winemaking
  • Destemming of the grapes and fermentation at 14 - 15°C with yeasts selected for each individual variety. Subsequent assembly of the bland and rest on yeasts.
  • Tasting notes
  • Straw yellow with green reflections, a vertical wine with olfactory notes of jasmine, citrus but also warmer notes reminiscent of papaya. Full and full-bodied in the mouth, with excellent balance between acidity and minerality.
