- Winemaking
- Destemming of the grapes and maceration for approximately 8-10 days. Fermentation at 26°C with selected yeasts and frequent pump-overs. Délestage at 2/3 of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation completed.

- With its lively deep ruby red color and notes of cherry and sour cherry, it stands out for the elegance and harmony of its tannins.
