  • Winemaking
  • Destemming of the grapes and maceration for approximately 8-10 days. Fermentation at 26°C with selected yeasts and frequent pump-overs. Délestage at 2/3 of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation completed.
  • Tasting notes
  • With a deep ruby red appearance, featuring notes of sour cherry and almost incense-like spices, it concludes with tannic notes that are full-bodied and persistent but never disconnected.
