Winemaking
Fermented at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius with the use of selected yeasts

With a pale yellow color, it combines aromatic sensations of flowers and citrus with a lively and spirited palate that enhances a pleasant feeling of freshness while still maintaining its elegance.
